Pfizer (finally) releases the list of side effects of its vaccines.
In compliance with a court order in the US, Pfizer published a detailed list of the side effects of its COVID-19 vaccines. This disclosure is necessary after years of controversy and questioning about the safety of these products, whose development was accelerated. The leaked document is almost 300 pages long and lists the steps that determine these effects of vaccination.
Late detection of risks:
What are the side effects of COVID-19? The rapid development of these effects on a practical mobile device has raised concerns about its safety. For a long time, health authorities in many countries, including France, downplayed these side effects, which may have been caused by delays in mass vaccination due to pressure.
The updated list available illustrates this phenomenon. Among the problems identified, it is noteworthy that not all vaccine batches are of the same quality, meaning that, depending on the batch, not all individuals are exposed to the same risk.
The Biological Mechanism of Turbocancer:
The warning was issued during the 2021 vaccination campaign. Among those who did so, Jean-Marc Sabatier, PhD in cell biology and microbiology and head of research at the CNRS, suggested a link between mRNA vaccines and the effects of rapidly progressing diseases, the so-called turbocancer.
This phenomenon is influenced by access to the AT1R receptor in the renin-angiotensin system. This system is fundamental for cell differentiation and proliferation. After vaccination, the spike protein dissociates from the ACE2 receptor, thus interrupting the degradation of angiotensin II. In this situation, excessive stimulation of the AT1R receptor occurs, which has pro-tumor, pro-angiogenic, and pro-inflammatory effects.

The AT1R receptor also promotes oxidative stress, releasing free radicals that damage cells. In turn, antagonists of this receptor have anticancer effects in several cases, including breast, prostate, and lung cancer. Jean-Marc Sabatier described, in March 2020, long before the outbreak, the potential for cancer-promoting effects and the threat of disruption of this system by the SARS-CoV-2 virus spike protein.
Impact on Reproductive Health
COVID-19 vaccines are also available for use in the reproductive system. In women, the renin-angiotensin system in the ovaries plays a fundamental role in the consequences of ovarian cancer and associated pathologies. Disorders in this system can lead to menstrual irregularities and, sometimes, menstrual failure.
A Worrying Underestimation
Since 2021, various health associations and specialists have been warning about the alarming emergence of several diseases: atypical cancers, neurological disorders, autoimmune diseases, and heart disease. Previously, hospital departments had been recording a tenfold increase, although reluctant to discuss the matter publicly.
The available data speaks for itself. The report on the COVID-19 vaccine covers 12% of global pharmacovigilance, and nearly 12,000 studies are currently underway, identified for detailed comparative analysis with regulatory standards. In France, the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines (Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament) recorded no fewer than 193,934 incident cases in its June 2023 edition, including 1,635 sequelae. These figures, which are covered by the pharmacovigilance system, are underreported and have been examined by various observers.
This threat raises fundamental questions about transparency, which puts at risk the health and benefits, as well as the risks, of these rushed vaccine distributions. A document released by Pfizer under pressure finally offers a more comprehensive overview of the risks faced by people worldwide who receive vaccines.
